How to measure for a Top Harness

The front O Ring is usually placed over the "Sternum"(draw a line between the nipples between the Nipple, chose the center point and the sternum is just below that)

Now draw an imaginary horizontal line through the Sternum out the back, should end up around the middle of the Scapula.

Using these two points measure over the shoulder and just under the breast.
